ABS Core — a custom ERP to run the whole business
Design (Figma prototype) and development of a web ERP bringing sales, purchasing, stock, treasury, accounting, HR, fleet and reporting into a single tool.

The need
All Business Suppliers needed to track its entire operation — sales, purchasing, stock, finance, staff and vehicles — in a single tool, with access levels depending on each employee’s role and the warehouse they work in.

Our solution
We first validated every screen with the client on an interactive Figma prototype, then built ABS Core:
- a dashboard with key indicators (products, purchases, warehouses, users) and sales over the last 7 days;
- Sales, Purchasing, Stock, Treasury, Advanced finance, Accounting, HR, Fleet, Security and Reporting modules;
- multi-warehouse and zone management;
- user profiles with access rights and an activity log that records every action.

Results
The tool is live: over 4,400 purchase orders have already been processed and closed in it, across 169 products and 7 suppliers, with 8 users spread over 5 access profiles.
