Scholaa — complete school management, online, offline and on mobile

Primary and secondary schools, universities and training institutes often still manage enrolment, grades, absences and fees on paper or spreadsheets. Sohdelta wanted a single tool for administrators, teachers, students and parents, usable with a good internet connection as well as with none at all.

MozartDevs actively contributed, alongside Xavier Soh (founder of Sohdelta), to the development of Scholaa:

• student management: enrolment, complete records with photo, class allocation and individual follow-up;
• grade entry by sequence and term, automatic averages, rankings, teacher comments and PDF report cards;
• school life: daily roll call, absence justification and automatic honour rolls;
• timetables by class or by teacher;
• configurable school fees with instalments and Mobile Money / Orange Money payments;
• a SaaS version accessible from any device, a 100% offline Desktop version (Windows & Mac) with data stored locally, and an Android mobile app for parents to check grades, report cards and timetables.
