Professional email — email addresses on your own domain

A @gmail.com address inspires less trust than one in the company’s name, and a poorly configured domain can be spoofed or see its emails land in spam. Mozart Group and INIDATA — a digital services firm based in Niamey — wanted reliable professional addresses on their own domain.

For each domain, we set up a complete email service:

• a mail server dedicated to the domain (mail.mozart-group.net, mail.inidata.net) and the team’s mailboxes;
• mailbox setup on desktop and smartphone, and webmail for Mozart Group;
• SPF and DMARC DNS authentication records, which protect the domain against spoofing and improve deliverability;
• integration of the Brevo sending service for emails sent by Mozart Group’s websites and applications.
